Recipe Ingredients
1 cup non-fat cream cheese
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup raisins, or currants
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts, or almonds






Recipe Directions
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, maple syrup, lemon rind, cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth and creamy. Stir in the raisins or currants and walnuts or almonds. Refrigerate in a covered container until ready to serve.
